These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we use your information is explained in our privacy notice, and what we store on your device in our cookie policy.

This site is run by Believe Protect Ltd, trading as Croaked, a company registered in England and Wales (number 13913093) at Believe House, Heavens Walk, Doncaster, DN4 5HZ. The pages on this site explain insurance in general. They aren’t a personal recommendation, and they don’t take your circumstances into account. We only recommend a policy once we understand your needs, and we’ll tell you clearly when we do.
Quotes
A quote is the insurer’s price for the answers you give. It’s only a policy once the insurer accepts your application and your cover starts. The price or terms can change if your answers change, or if the insurer needs more information.
Using the site
You may use this site for your own, personal use. Please don’t:
- Give false information, or apply on someone’s behalf without their permission.
- Try to break into the site, disrupt it, or introduce anything harmful to it.
- Copy the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Everything on this site, including the Croaked name, the frog and the illustrations, belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. You may view it, and print or save pages for your own use.

The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can settle any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
